Privacy Policy

Summary (TL;DR)

• We collect only what you give us in the quiz (job info, email, city).
• We never sell your data.
• We never use your data to train AI models.
• If you use TikTok Login, we receive only your public username and avatar — nothing private.
• We use third parties to run the Service (Vercel, Supabase, Anthropic, Perplexity, Resend, Gumroad, TikTok for authentication).
• You can request deletion of your data at any time.

1. What We Collect

You provide:

• Job title, daily tasks, industry, experience, AI tool usage, city, email
• Payment email (via Gumroad)

Collected automatically:

• Page views, device/browser type, approximate location (via Vercel Analytics)
• Referral source and UTM parameters
• IP address (used for rate limiting and security; not stored long-term in our DB)

We do not store your payment card information. Gumroad processes all payments.

2. How We Use It

• Generate your personalized report
• Deliver the report to your email
• Run and improve the Service (analytics, error monitoring)
• Prevent fraud and abuse
• Send you occasional product updates (you can unsubscribe any time)

3. Who We Share Data With

We share only what's necessary with service providers who process data on our behalf:

• Vercel — hosting and analytics
• Supabase — database where we store your quiz answers and report
• Anthropic (Claude) — generates the report from your answers
• Perplexity — fetches current labor-market context
• Resend — sends the report by email
• Gumroad — processes payments

We do not sell your personal data. We do not share it with advertisers as an identifiable profile.

4. Advertising Pixels

We may use Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, or similar conversion-tracking tools to measure ad performance. These tools may set cookies and share aggregate event data (e.g., "a user purchased") with the ad platform. You can opt out via your browser's tracking controls or the ad platform's preferences.

5. Data Retention

We keep your report and quiz answers indefinitely so you can request a copy or a new version. Analytics data is retained per Vercel's standard retention. You can request deletion at any time (see Rights below).

6. Your Rights

Depending on your location (GDPR, CCPA, etc.), you may have the right to:

• Access your data
• Correct inaccurate data
• Delete your data ("right to be forgotten")
• Export your data
• Opt out of marketing emails

To exercise any of these rights, email support@willaifire.me with your request and the email address you used at purchase. We'll respond within 30 days.

7. Security

Data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored with our service providers using industry-standard encryption. No method is 100% secure — we do our best but cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 16. Do not use it if you are under 16. If we learn we've collected data from a child under 16, we'll delete it.

9. International Transfers

Our service providers may process your data in the United States or other countries. By using the Service, you consent to such transfers.

10. Changes

We may update this policy by posting a revised version here. Material changes will be noted at the top of the page.
