Refund Policy

Our Promise

If your report genuinely didn't arrive, or the analysis is clearly broken or blank, we'll refund you in full. We want you to be happy — not just paid.

Full Refund (no questions asked)

You are entitled to a full refund if any of the following apply:

  • You paid but never received the report email within 24 hours
  • The report is empty, corrupted, or contains obvious errors (e.g., analysis about a different job than the one you submitted)
  • You were double-charged by our payment processor
  • You request a refund within 24 hours of purchase for any reason

When Refunds Are Not Granted

Because the report is a digital good that is fully delivered at the time of purchase, we generally cannot issue refunds after 24 hours, except as required by law, for:

  • Disagreement with the AI's conclusions or risk score (the report is an AI-generated opinion, not a factual prediction — see our Terms)
  • You bought the report by accident and already downloaded / used it
  • You changed your mind after reading the report

That said — we are reasonable humans. If you have a good reason, email us and we will work something out.

How to Request a Refund

Send an email to support@willaifire.me with:

  • The email address you used at purchase
  • Your Gumroad order ID (from the payment receipt email)
  • A brief reason

We respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed through Gumroad and typically appear in your account within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

Chargebacks

Please contact us first before filing a chargeback. Chargebacks cost us significant fees and can be prevented by a simple email. We're happy to help and will almost always resolve it the same day.

Your Statutory Rights

This policy does not limit rights you may have under consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction (for example, EU consumer rights or other national laws). Where such laws apply, they take precedence.
