2. What the Service Does

WillAIFire.me generates a personalized AI-displacement risk report for your job role based on the quiz answers you provide, combined with publicly available labor-market data and AI-generated analysis. The report is delivered by email and made available in your browser.

3. Not Professional Advice

The report is an AI-generated opinion for informational purposes only. It is not career, legal, financial, employment, investment, or medical advice. You should not make major life decisions based solely on the report. Always verify information independently and consult qualified professionals where appropriate.

4. Accuracy Disclaimer

We use large language models and third-party data sources to produce the report. Outputs may contain errors, omissions, or outdated information. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any part of the report. Your use of the Service is at your own risk.

5. Payments

Payments are processed by Gumroad, Inc. We do not store your payment card data. By purchasing a report, you agree to Gumroad's terms in addition to ours. All prices are in US dollars unless stated otherwise.

6. Refunds

Our refund policy is published at /refund and is incorporated into these Terms.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to violate anyone's rights
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or interfere with the Service
• Resell or redistribute reports without written permission
• Submit information that is false, misleading, or not your own
• Use automated tools or bots against the Service

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, copy, and brand, is owned by the operator of WillAIFire.me. Your personal report is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use. You may share quotes, screenshots, or summaries of your own report.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
